Five movesThe Method

Printable. Repeatable. Teachable on a Monday morning.

  1. Pray Open the moment. Lord, give us eyes to see what is in front of us.
  2. Observe What is happening here? Describe before judging.
  3. Analyze What is the tool, the feed, the post actually doing? What does it optimize for? Whose dignity is at stake?
  4. Reflect What does Christ ask of me here? Read this moment through the Beatitudes.
  5. Act Close in prayer, then choose. Use, modify, refuse, replace, or witness.
We are being formed by screens, social media, and AI, but not always rooted in what is true, good, and lasting. This method gives educators a clear, repeatable way to help students move from passive tech use to intentional, disciplined use.

Imprimible. Repetible. Enseñable un lunes por la mañana.

  1. Orar Abrir el momento. Señor, danos ojos para ver lo que tenemos delante.
  2. Observar ¿Qué está pasando aquí? Describir antes de juzgar.
  3. Analizar ¿Qué está haciendo realmente esta herramienta, este feed, este post? ¿Para qué está optimizado? ¿Qué dignidad está en juego?
  4. Reflexionar ¿Qué me pide Cristo en este momento? Leer este momento a la luz de las Bienaventuranzas.
  5. Actuar Cerrar con oración, luego elegir. Usar, modificar, rechazar, reemplazar o dar testimonio.
Estamos siendo formados por las pantallas, las redes sociales y la IA, pero no siempre arraigados en lo verdadero, lo bueno y lo perdurable. Este método le da a los educadores una manera clara y repetible de ayudar a los estudiantes a pasar del uso pasivo de la tecnología al uso intencional y disciplinado.
